In 2016, she founded a volunteer organization in San Diego, bridging the gap between communities and police to enhance public safety and reduce crime. Her innovative leadership earned her the prestigious San Diego Police Officers Association Leadership Award in 2017 and a seat on two police advisory boards.


Driven by a lifelong admiration for the sacrifices of first responders and military heroes, Racheal channeled her entrepreneurial spirit into a career as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker. After settling in Temecula she married her best friend, Daniel, the mastermind behind the nationally recognized bait bike program. Together, they’ve built a life dedicated to giving back.
